In accordance with the terms of article 248 of the Portuguese Securities Code, Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A. (“Galp Energia”) hereby discloses the following information:

The Board of Directors of Galp Energia approved today the full year 2007 Report, including the individual and consolidated financial statements and notes to the financial statements, audited by Deloitte & Associados, SROC, S.A. Galp Energia’s external auditor.

The Board of Directors also approved the 2007 dividend proposal of 0.32 €/share to be submitted to the General Shareholder Meeting.

The full year 2007 Report will be published according to the period established on the legislation, which is until the end of April, and will be available to shareholders starting 15 days prior to the General Shareholder Meeting to be held on 6 May 2008.

The Consolidated Financial Statements of Galp Energia, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash-Flow Statements, are attached to this announcement.
